Ginny Bryant, Vice President of Sales, became part of the senior management team at Lennar Atlanta when Lennar (NYSE: LEN) started its Georgia division in 2010. Within two years of joining Lennar Atlanta, she won the 2012 Director of Sales OBIE Award from the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association in recognition of her in-depth industry expertise in real estate sales and marketing, including but not limited to corporate branding, identity development, and public relations.
Ms. Bryant has built a stellar career in real estate throughout the greater Atlanta area. She started in an onsite sales position with Morrison Homes, where she was quickly recognized as Rookie of the Year. She then moved on to First Georgia Homes as Sales & Marketing Manager, managing a team of ten sales professionals, before accepting a position with Homelife as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing.
She joined the team at AtlantaNewHomesDirectory.com in 2003. Her background in technology and strong builder/developer relationships helped her as Vice President of Sales to grow the dot.com to a leading website and customer relation management tool for new home construction.
Prior to working with Lennar Atlanta, she served as Director of Sales and Marketing with The Providence Group and Jolly Development.
Ms. Bryant is passionate about giving back to the community through various charities including Women of Hope, Mother’s Making a Change, Must Ministries, Mustard Seed, and her church.
She is a member of the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association Sales & Marketing Council, served as a Committee Chair on the Board of the GAHBA 50+ Housing Council, is an active member of E-Women’s Network, and Atlanta Women’s Network.
It is not surprising to learn that Ms. Bryant once was a cheerleading coach at Marietta High School, and that she still stays in touch with most of her ‘kids’ – and even is a godmother to several of their children. Known as a dedicated, energetic motivator, she is actively involved in her community and coaches the best out of her team members. A mother of two, she enjoys working out almost daily and spending time with her three grandchildren. A recent mission trip to Jamaica was ‘life-changing.’
The soundtrack to her full life? “I Hope You Dance” by LeeAnn Womack.
